I purchased Forte Naturals Methylene Blue a while ago for myself and forgot about it until my 12 year old son had a sore throat and I remembered that Methylene Blue is great for boosting immunity. Thankfully he felt much better at the end of the day. Just ordered another bottle to have on hand from now on.

Just to preface this... I am not a medical professional and everyone here should first consult with their medical professional prior to starting any new supplement routine. With that being said... I found it very difficult to know what Methylene Blue dose to start-out with... or what dose to work up to? So I had to experiment alone to figure out what worked. So now that I have been taking this Forte Naturals Methylene Blue US Pharmaceutical Grade supplement twice daily for nearly months... I am going to share with everyone here what my methylene blue dosing process has looked like. When I first started... I began with filling the glass eye dropper half full (50% full). I am always careful to place the eye dropper as far back on my tongue as possible so that when I talk... people don’t ask me “Why is your tongue blue??” I’m also careful to not place the liquid into the way back of my throat where my tonsils are because it will burn my throat for about 10 minutes. So try to avoid this. The same goes for taking this Methylene Blue supplement if you are rushed and you accidentally drop the liquid onto the tip of your tongue because your teeth... lips and gums will turn bright blue for about 30-45 minutes. And YES... it has happened to me many times!! Oh and this stuff seriously STAINS... so definitely pay attention while you take it. I started-out with my 50% full dropper for about a week and always first thing in the morning. After I realized that I had no side effects from taking this dosage... I gradually increased it to around 75% full taken first thing in the morning. I continued like this for about a week and then increased to 1 completely full dropper taken first thing in the morning... every single day (M. blue is seriously better than coffee and without the caffeine jitters!!) After about 3 weeks at this dose... I gradually started adding a second dose around midday or just after lunch to help me get through the rest of the day. I repeated the same process and continued very slowly increasing week by week. I now take... 1 full dropper first thing in the morning... minutes after I wake-up and then another completely full dropper at lunchtime. I take this exact dose every day and I absolutely love it!! It works for me and my medical provider supports me and my decision to take it and at this daily dose. Hope this can help someone out there who is trying to figure out how to dose methylene blue because I know I had a difficult time researching it and all I can say is that once you figure out the dose that works for you... Methylene is an amazing supplement!

but beware it will turn your pee blue. But still awesome. LOL!
