Terrible tracking terrible customer service never received product

I asked him about my zinc 50 mg and they responded with. Oh we ran out of methane blue will send you some Wednesday. Well I didn’t order methane blue. I’m not sure what’s going on with their business. It was a real bummer. I wanted to buy directly from them instead of Amazon, their product for zinc is amazing. But everything else sucks. I’ve given them every opportunity to fix this. I’m out $30. I’m probably gonna get stuff that I don’t even want whatever methane blue is it sounds like something that a drug addict would buy. Really really really disappointed if you haven’t figured that out yet. I never write bad reviews. I try to only write good reviews. There ain’t one coming down the pike.
